Nellie’s Key Lime Spritzer

  • 4 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • ¾ cup sugar (or equivalent)
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 4 cups sparkling mineral water/club soda

Pour sparkling water into a large pitcher. Add sugar, grape juice and Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice. Be sure to stir well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.

Nellie’s Mojito

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • ½ oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 whole mint leaf
  • 2 oz. soda water

Put juice and sugar into a highball glass and stir until dissolved. Rub mint leaves on inside of the glass and discard. Fill with crushed ice and rum, stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Nellie’s Old Fashioned Lemonade

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lemon Juice
  • 3¼ cups cold water

Mix sugar, lemon juice, ice and water in a large pitcher. Serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Peachy Rita

  • 1½ oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. peach schnapps
  • ½ oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice

Mix ingredients with crushed ice in blender. Pour into a margarita glass and serve.

Rum Rita

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 3 oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. passion fruit juice

Blend with ice until smooth and pour into margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Rum Runner’s Punch

  • 5 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 7½ oz. blackberry brandy
  • 4 oz. 151° rum
  • 7½ oz. banana liqueur
  • 5 oz. grenadine

In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine all until smooth. Serve over ice in a hurricane glass.

Strawberry Rita

  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 2½ tablespoons of Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. strawberry liqueur
  • A few strawberries

Blend with crushed ice and pour into margarita glass unstrained. Serve with a straw.

Tanqueray Emerald For 2

  • 1½ oz. tanqueray gin
  • ¾ oz. green chartreuese
  • ¾ oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 1 egg white

Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Tequila Lime Punch

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1¾ cups white tequila, or to taste
  • ¼ cup Midori melon liqueur
  • 6 oz. frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • ½ cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2-28 oz. bottles 7-Up soda or Sprite, chilled
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced

In a large punch bowl, combine the water, tequila, Midori, juice concentrate, Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice, and sugar. Slowly and carefully pour the carbonated 7-Up or Sprite down the side of the bowl, then stir the punch gently to mix. Float the lime and orange slices on top of the punch and serve over ice.

Tequila Sour

  • 1½ oz. Tequila
  • 1 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime or Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar, or to taste

Mix all in a shaker with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
