Island Joe’s Punch

  • 1 cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2½ cups light rum
  • 6 (½ oz.) envelopes powdered daiquiri cocktail mix
  • 2 (16 oz.) bottles lime carbonated beverage, chilled

In a punch bowl, combine Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice, pineapple juice, rum and daiquiri mix. Stir to dissolve mix. Carefully pour carbonated beverage down the side of the bowl. Mix gently, float lime slices on top of punch.

Key Lime Pie Cocktail

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • 2 oz. lime syrup **Recipe shown below
  • 2 drops vanilla
  • 4 oz. vodka

Crush graham crackers and moisten rim of a chilled martini glass (like coating a margarita glass with rock salt). Combine remaining ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain and pour into martini glass.

**Lime Syrup: 2 cups Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice and 1½ cups of sugar. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.

Key Lime Pie Martini

  • ¾ oz. Licor 43
  • 1 splash vodka
  • ¼ oz. lime syrup **Recipe shown below
  • ½ oz. milk

Pour all ingredients into mixing cup filled with ice, shake and strain into martini glass.

**Lime Syrup: 2 cups Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice and 1½ cups of sugar. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.

Key Lime Shooter

  • 1 oz. Licor 43
  • ½ oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
  • ¼ oz. lime syrup **Recipe shown below
  • ½ oz. half & half

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, strain and pour into 2 shot glasses.

** Lime Syrup: 2 cups Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice and 1½ cups of sugar. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.

Key West Frozen Rita

  • ½ cup tequila
  • ½ cup Cointreau or triple sec
  • ½ cup Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • Sugar to taste

Fill blender with ice, add tequila, Cointreau and Nellie & Joe’s Key Lime Juice. Blend at high speed until a sorbet texture. Pour into chilled margarita glasses and garnish with lime pinwheels.

Key West Rita

  • 1½ oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. melon liqueur
  • 1 oz. piña colada mix
  • ½ oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. orange juice
  • 1 dash grenadine

Mix all in blender with ½ cup of crushed ice. Blend at slow speed until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass.

Keys’ Limeade

Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime juice is perfect for beverages and is an easy, tropical way to quench a thirst. Drinks made with lime juice are best served icy-cold and tart—not too sweet. Lime drinks add a zesty flavor to any meal and are the perfect way to relax in warm weather. This recipe is easily made with:

– 1-1/2 cups Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice and 2 cups of sugar cooked together to make lime syrup.

To prepare limeade use half of lime syrup with water to equal 2 quarts.  Serve over ice.

Lime Daiquiri Freeze

  • 1½ oz. rum
  • 1 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 4 oz. sour mix

Mix all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Blend at a slow speed until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass.

Long Island Iced Tea

  • ½ oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. vodka
  • ½ oz. gin
  • 1 dash of cola
  • ½ oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. light rum

Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a highball glass. Add ice to taste.

Mango Key Lime Rita

  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • ¼ fresh mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 slices key lime

Combine tequila, Cointreau, mango, orange juice, Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice and ice in blender and blend until slushy. Serve in margarita glasses and garnish with lime slices.
