Tequila Sour

• 1½ oz. Tequila
• 1 oz. Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime or Lemon Juice
• 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar, or to taste

Mix all in a shaker with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
