Yes.  If you are freezing in the original bottle, allow enough room for the juice to expand.  You can freeze indefinitely, but no more than one year is recommended.

Yes.  While the acidity of the lime juice “cooks” the eggs, many people are more comfortable with baking.

You should make your crust per your recipe instructions.  If baking is required, bake then cool completely before filling and baking an additional 15 minutes.

Make sure you purchased a bottle of Key West LIME juice with a green cap, since we also make a Key West LEMON juice with a yellow cap.

Our recipe is intended to allow room to top with meringue or whipped topping.  You may also double the recipe with no additional baking time and it will fit nicely in a 9” crust.
